Our emphasis in therefore on the continued professional development of ALL staff. Selected staff will also have opportunities for higher education scholarships as well as to pioneer research. A comprehensive training pathway is offered to our professional staff and further qualifications are available for those staff who wish to continue to develop in the field of special needs.
Staff who are on sessional employment will receive the same training as full-time staff.
