Specialist Support for a Unique Journey in Learning
At DAS International, we work with learners of all ages, from preschoolers to adults, who face learning challenges, including those with dyslexia and other Specific Learning Differences (SpLDs). Our mission is to provide individualised specialist support that unlocks potential, builds confidence, and supports lifelong success.
We believe that every learner deserves a programme designed just for them. That’s why our Specialist Teachers develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) grounded in informal assessment, clear goals, and evidence-based teaching strategies. Lessons are delivered 1-to-1, either in-person or online, with a focus on building mastery and independence through adaptive, multi-sensory techniques.
We are always looking for passionate professionals to join our team. Our key roles include:
Specialist Teachers
English Literacy
Chinese Literacy
Mathematics
Preschool Readiness
Primary School Readiness
Preparation for Exams
Curriculum-based Remediation for mainstream and international learners
Specialist Psychologists
Speech-Language Therapists
Whether you’re supporting a preschooler struggling with early literacy, a primary school student navigating PSLE, or an adult learner returning to education, you’ll be part of a team that champions growth, resilience, and learning that lasts a lifetime.

While DAS International is a boutique arm of the Dyslexia Association of Singapore, our reach and impact are steadily expanding. We work with learners from preschool to adulthood, including those who may not have a formal diagnosis but require tailored support to succeed. Beyond Singapore, we serve a growing number of international school students and clients across the region, making this a dynamic space for innovation and impact in specialist education.
DAS International offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, close-knit team that values initiative, creativity, and professional integrity. Our educators work autonomously while being supported by a multidisciplinary team, and there are abundant opportunities for staff to take on new challenges, explore curriculum development, and engage in meaningful collaborations with parents and professionals.
DAS International may be small in scale, but we maintain the same professional standards and training pathways as DAS. All Specialist Teachers receive comprehensive training in Individualised Education Planning (IEPs), curriculum-based remediation, and evidence-based teaching strategies. We also support continued professional learning, including opportunities to deepen your knowledge in specific subject areas or learner profiles.
We are proud to offer flexi-scheme employment, which enables experienced educators to maintain a strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality, one-to-one intervention. Our work model is ideal for professionals who are passionate about education but seek more autonomy and flexibility in their schedules.
At DAS International, we work with diverse learners – and we embrace that same diversity in our team. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Our training reflects Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and encourages appreciation of individual strengths and challenges.
Staff wellbeing is integral to our culture. As part of the DAS family, DAS International upholds high standards of workplace safety, respectful communication, and ethical practice. We believe that when our educators are supported, our learners thrive.
Support DAS in connecting with talented individuals who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of those with dyslexia and those who learn differently.
