Winston is a Lead and Registered Psychologist who started working with the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) in 2013. At DAS, his core work involves conducting psycho-educational assessments on children and adults. He also supervises DAS Specialist Psychologists as well as conducts talks and training sessions for other DAS staff and external parties.
He was previously involved in a longitudinal research project to evaluate the efficacy of the DAS Main Literacy Programme (MLP). This led to the poster and oral presentations of research findings in overseas and local conferences respectively. During World Dyslexia Awareness Week 2019, he presented a talk on the topic of Comorbidities. More recently, he was a panel speaker during the DAS UNITE Conference 2024 as well as a plenary speaker during the 1st Dyslexia Scientific Meeting 2025 International Symposium (Indonesia).
